Hey there, I am the owner of Saint Strength! I have been training now for over a decade. I started working out in middle school, when I was just a skinny lad. Over the last 10 years I have added 40 pounds of muscle on my physique. I initially wanted to build muscle and get better at sports so I started lifting in my basement with some weights, a barbell, and a bench. From there, I fell in love with it and never stopped. After high school, I joined the Army and got stationed at Fort Campbell, KY. I was a Forward Observer in the 101st Airborne Division and excelled in it due to my fitness. I am now currently living in Phoenix, Arizona! I moved here to pursue my major goals and opportunities I have for myself. I am expanding online to reach more people that need help with fitness and nutrtition. Throughout my years of training, I have gained an extensive amount of knowledge on weightlifting, nutrition, cardio, gaining muscle, losing fat, supplements, and personal development. I have found success through my methods of coaching and training with soldiers, friends, and clients. With over 10 years of experience and training, this program will set you up with success!
